Bathroom Redesign

Over the last few weeks, Captivating Spaces has been working on redesigning a bathroom.  The bathroom was in good condition but was badly lacking wow-factor.  Now this gray and white bathroom is a show stopper!

First thing we changed was the floor.  We replaced the brown linoleum with white faux marble 12″x12″ tiles.  It was an extremely effective solution to lightening up the space.

Next we took care of the walls.  We used a gorgeous, stylish gray with white Moroccan pattern on the top of the walls, and installed popular white wainscoting on the bottom.  The walls and wainscoting are so eye-catching in this small space!

We replaced the outdated light above the medicine cabinet and installed two matching sconces on either side of the new, elegant mirror.  We decided to get rid of the bulky medicine cabinet and added extra storage above the toilet.

We used white wicker baskets, and pretty glass jars to neatly store some of the items from the old medicine cabinet.  And then added some fantastic silver and white accent pieces to pull the room together.

Lastly we added some accessories to the decorative shelf above the towels, added a stunning black and white picture, and this bathroom redesign was complete!

We couldn’t be happier with the outcome of this bathroom redesign!  This once plain and simple bathroom is now impossible not to notice when you walk by.
